General

1. How do I change my password?

When you create an account, a generated password is emailed to you. Please give it some time to show up in your inbox and check your spam. Once you log in to your account, you can change the password from “My Account.” If you are having difficulties logging in or changing your password, please email admin@lovanhope.org for more support.

 

For Customers

1. Where do I get my voucher?

Your voucher is emailed to you once it is purchased.

 

2. When does my voucher expire?

The voucher expiration date is up to the vendor.

 

3. How do I redeem the voucher?

Typically, you redeem in person at the vendor’s service, but please refer to the vendor’s redeeming instructions (found on the voucher).

 

4. Why does my order say “processing?”

This is because the voucher has not been redeemed. Once the vendor redeems your voucher, the order status will change to “completed.”

 

5. What are the deals listed by Lovanhope Partners?

For deals listed by Lovanhope Partners, 100% of the proceeds go to Lovanhope and helping a child in need attend school. These are made possible by the donations of our generous partners.

 

6. Why is it not letting me purchase a deal?

Please check if the deal is “completed,” meaning that the deal is no longer available for purchase. The deal may also be sold out. Please contact the vendor for more information.

 

For Vendors

1. When and where do I get paid?

Vendors are paid every 2 weeks through Paypal. You only receive commissions for redeemed vouchers (aka completed orders).

 

2. When and where do I get the documentation to file for tax deductions?

Vendors receive donation receipts every 2 weeks through email.

 

3. How do I create and manage deals/products?

It is easier to create and manage deals/products in the backend than the frontend. Click this link to create and manage products on the backend or navigate to Vendor Dashboard  > Voucher Check > Products (on the side menu). You can also create and manage products in the Vendor Dashboard > Products. When creating a product, ensure that “Downloadable” is checked!

4. How do I redeem vouchers?

You can redeem vouchers by searching for the Voucher code in Vendor Dashboard > Voucher Check. You can also manually check order details in Vendor Dashboard > Orders and click the green check mark to mark an order completed (meaning that the voucher has been redeemed).
